Bought #3 and still had an excellent experience!! On January 24th, my daughter was involved in an accident and it totaled my car. I couldn't shop right away as we were still waiting for the insurance company to total it. We came back from vacation, got the check and started shopping. Chris Meskin was helpful and very friendly. He showed me the car I came to see and offered me other options. He didn't try to sway me one way or the other. He showed me my options and allowed me to make my own decision. He made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I will recommend him and Bettenhausen to others who are looking to buy a car or SUV.
