This vehicle and warranty is what made us purchase an additional vehicle from Bettenhausen. The warranty for the life for the original ownership is the best thing a car company can offer. If you are looking to have LOYALTY and REPEAT Purchases', its a no brainer. It's a two-way street. After taking my car to a different dealership for the past three years and getting treated like garbage, I was reluctant, but I’m so thankful I took my car to this dealership and they’ve been completely amazing and always communicated everything with me.
Took my truck in for service, was told worst case scenario as is very high miles over 200K, but, was just a coil pack, and covered by lifetime warranty. Got truck back next day. Other parts needed for other issues were ordered and came faster than anticipated and truck is all fixed and runs great again. If I buy a new truck I will use Bettenhausen for sure!
