Wow! What a great experience! If I could give 10 stars I would. I was interested in an F150 and spoke to Joe Moon on the phone. He answered all my questions thoroughly and invited me in to look at some different vehicles. Sergio handled everything painlessly. I bought the car online, drove four hours to pick it up, and only spent about an hour at the dealership. There were no surprises or hiccups or any other issues.
When I ordered my F150 Limited, Sergio kept me informed regularly as to the build process along with the status of delivery. When I picked up the truck, he took his time going over all the details of it, even though it was very late in the evening. I felt he was not rushed and I felt at ease.
