I was assisted by Joe when having issues scheduling a service appointment with my local dealership.due to a check engine light appeared on my vehicle dashboard. He kindly walked over to service and arranged an appointment right away for me and reserved a rental that didn’t have to wait, because of my 1 1/2 drive could be a quick turnaround. Issue was resolved and was satisfied!

Joe was the first person to greet me. I would say it wasn’t by chance. He was the right person for the job. Joe ask what I wanted and he listened very carefully! Joe nailed it on the 1 test drive and help me get into my 2021 Edge. It was worth the one and a half hour drive.
