He asked what we needed, and he basically got us to our new Escape in no time... very knowledgeable, personable and seems to really care about us. Buy a Ford Escape My wife and I had been going to purchase a vehicle beginning in the Summer of 2017. We wanted to up-size from a 'mini' SUV (Pontiac Vibe) to a 'small' SUV (RAV4/Escape etc.) We were reluctant to buy a new vehicle due to price and a reluctance to deal with new gadgetry. The best experience ever! What a easy way to buy. Paul responded to my email in no time flat..Beat the other guys by a long shot on contacting me. He answered all my questions until I did not have any more. He was honest and sincere. I arrived and Paul was ready with my new car all ready to drive.
