Oil Change/Recall Service Went for an oil change, Mike informed me of a recall notice and another issue they discovered that needed immediate attention. Scheduled a follow up appointment for the next day and they fixed both issues. The dealership provided transportation from the dealer, and picked me up later in the day and brought me back to the dealer to get my vehicle. Very positive experience.

Oil change done in a timely manner Always a excellent experience working with Michael. My only gripe is that Ford still hasn't a fix for the remote start for my car so I can have the AC cooling it while we're walking to it.
Maintenance "The Works" Tony Bastas has taken care of our 2013 Flex from the beginning - he is very thorough and tells me what is recommended to maintain the vehicle. Monday i waited for the vehicle and it was ready in less than an hour.
