The internet sales associate did more Joe Moon did more than anyone else to try to help me with a tint and protectant issue I had, including the accessories department which is who should’ve helped me with my problems.
Not what I was expecting- ina very good way! I initially came in to Bill Currie last weekend just to see what they would offer to trade in my 2012 Focus. This car is part of the Focus transmission lawsuit, and I was feeling pretty burned by Ford. I also had an absolutely horrid experience at a local Nissan dealership about a month prior. They used what I can only describe as "predatory" sales tactics. To say that I was not looking forward to talking with another car salesman (at Ford no less) would be an understatement. Bill Currie Ford service is always excellent I changed where I buy my cars and where I get them serviced to Bill Currie. This dealership is so much better than the Ford dealer I used to use. I wish I had moved to them years ago. Jeremy is top notch, understood my issues quickly and his follow-up was excellent.
