The works Oil change Tony had me in and out in no time great service was told be about 3 hours because no appointment had me out in hour and have witch was fine with me finished school work.

Service review My car was brought in for new tires, oil change, and wheel alignment. The price was reasonable and the wait was what was to be expected. In all the service was good.

Good Service Car was analyzed and repaired correctly in a reasonable amount of time. The entire process was as pleasant as possible. I have been to other dealers that start trying to sell me everything before your car stops moving. You guys are easy and pleasant to deal with. Keep it up!!!

John Whiteside service advisor John Whiteside is the best. The other advisors are also very good, not a bad one in the bunch. John must have a good working relationship with his mechanic because work that is suggested or just the usual maintenance is done right the first time.

Service and repair I made an appointment for my service and a repair of the auto-idle not working at 8:30am on Tuesday. I got regular email reminders which helped to provide my employer with time blocking my schedule. Dropped the truck at 8:31am with Jim my service advisor. He called at noon and my truck was ready and washed. Too bad it rained 15 minutes later! Raincheck available on that wash guys?

2017 Ford Explorer Limited Found the exact vehicle that I wanted which had the correct options. Worked with pricing and was able to get what I thought was the best deal.

Great customer service Purchased my car in 4/2017 was taken care of by Raul Rosado (salesman) and previous manager. A part from the inside of the car was broken and needed replacement. Per those two employees, they were suppose to follow up with me and never did after 3 months of emailing Mr. Rosado and calling without no response I went personally to the dealer and met Edwin Torres who went above and beyond to help me and make sure a had a loaner car and fixed all the issues with the car.
