simple & easy he was very polite and did very good with figuring out what car i want. he’s also very understanding of what we didn’t want and what we wanted. very patient with everything, he also made sure i looked at any car i wanted to look at and made sure it was the right one for me. very good conversation maker, on the test drive we talked about a few things and he was very polite and understanding, didn’t make the car ride awkward.
