2019 Mustang Convertible Edwin was quick to respond to my inquiry about a vehicle I had seen on the company’s website. Unbeknownst to me, I was dealing with two sales people (via text message), which lead to a bit of confusion/misunderstanding. I dont not like car shopping I mean who really does and I will emit I am that cranky wife that goes in and wants to leave asap because I dont not like the aggressiveness that most salespeople have but Mr. Torres was great! Great Service Sergio helped us pick 2 of the Escapes out to compare and pretty much explained everything that I needed to know. There was no pressure, no pushing us to one or the other. I was driving my new Ford Escape off the lot about 6 pm. It was a great experience and I was very satisfied!
