Thank you If you plan on buying you MUST see Edwin Torres. I dont not like car shopping I mean who really does and I will emit I am that cranky wife that goes in and wants to leave asap because I dont not like the aggressiveness that most salespeople have but Mr. Torres was great! He is a honestly family man. We told he what we wanted and needed he didn't try to sale us what we didn't want. He worked with us. He even took the time to talk to 10year old son about baseball. Great Service Sergio helped us pick 2 of the Escapes out to compare and pretty much explained everything that I needed to know. There was no pressure, no pushing us to one or the other. I was driving my new Ford Escape off the lot about 6 pm. It was a great experience and I was very satisfied!
