Excellent service!!!! My wife and myself walked into Brookfield looking to buy a new or newer used Jeep. We walked out with what we came to achieve. Great staff and our sales guy Andrew did there best to get us approved and in the seat of the Jeep we wanted. I recommend Brookfield Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and I defiantly will do business with them in the future.
Both Mike Rhodes and Tyler Danneffel were amazing. Our Jeep had problems as we traveled past Benton Harbor and stopped at Brookfield Jeep without an appointment. Mike, Tyler and all the service tech's did a great job fitting us in, explaining the problem and providing solutions that allowed us to keep our dinner commitment with our daughter 4 hours down the road. Highly recommend them and was very impressed with everyone we met.

No preasure Our expirence was everything opposite of what we normally expect from a dealership. There wasnt any preasure to purchase! Kevin did exactly what his job requires.
