VERY PROFESSIONAL; I had to come in because my Chrysler 200 it was making all sorts of noises and clunks i am not familiar with cars and tyler made my problems seam very simple and easy to understand.

Chrysler 200 I’m rating the dealership and Tony Favela 5 stars for their help getting me into a great vehicle. A Great car buying experience! The atmosphere at Brookfield is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Kevin did a great job of stepping us through the sales process. Kevin and Sally provided a fair, market value for our trade. All-in-all, the new car purchase experience at Brookfield was excellent. I would highly recommend Brookfield, and ask for Kevin. Also, I believe his name is Andy Beam. Andy guided us through the documentation signing and was very friendly, easy to talk with. Helped make the experience enjoyable.
