Congenial Kevin was pleasant, listened, answered questions and made suggestions. He let us drive vehicles we showed interest in and explained features as we rode that we hadn't noticed or he hadn't shown us before. We liked the Chevrolet Equinox best but had some problems with it because of the way we were going to use it on trips.
