RecommendedOnce again Donnie Hicks and Franklin Toyota came through. Credit challanged, upside down in your vehicle they it make it happen. No run around, no funny stuff and Bull. Do not even go anywhere else, go directly to Franklin I know you will be happy. This will be our 4th Toyota. Truely the best in the boro.

RecommendedThis is the best place to get a car from. DJ went so far beyond any dealership I have ever dealt with to make sure I was taken care of. All said and done I ended up with an awesome one of a kind FJ cruiser. I have never been tWken care of so well. Even more, they shipped it to Oregon. Great team, great company. The only reason I gave 5 stars is because there wasn't an option to give 6! Well done Franklin Toyota!

Unresponsive, called and emailed, messaged serval times about getting tires and oil changed for my vehicle. My time is limited and valuable. Can’t deal with business that doesn’t value my time or dollar.
Unethical business practices. Price advertised online is false, they tack on a $600 fee at closing which is advertised (and required by law) as included. Interest rate is is hidden in “monthly payment” and was 9%. If a dealer lies to you once, be assured they are lying to you always. Avoid!!
