RecommendedThis is the best place to get a car from. DJ went so far beyond any dealership I have ever dealt with to make sure I was taken care of. All said and done I ended up with an awesome one of a kind FJ cruiser. I have never been tWken care of so well. Even more, they shipped it to Oregon. Great team, great company. The only reason I gave 5 stars is because there wasn't an option to give 6! Well done Franklin Toyota!

Unresponsive, called and emailed, messaged serval times about getting tires and oil changed for my vehicle. My time is limited and valuable. Can’t deal with business that doesn’t value my time or dollar.
Unethical business practices. Price advertised online is false, they tack on a $600 fee at closing which is advertised (and required by law) as included. Interest rate is is hidden in “monthly payment” and was 9%. If a dealer lies to you once, be assured they are lying to you always. Avoid!!
It was very disappointing when finance person didn’t care about loosing customer. Rusty Thomas was rude, not transparent and didn’t care for my business at all. Way under staffed 👎 Nathan Jarriel in sales is a great guy.

I had an 11:00 appointment but my car was not even seen by technician until 1:00. told at 1:40pm that car could not be fixed because the part had to be ordered. I watched folks come and go with their cars when I had an APPOINTMENT, then the car was NOT repaired. I live 40 miles from Statesboro. Dublin is closer. Augusta is reasonable. I am probably finished forever with Franklin. I don't wait that long at a doctor's office. Pitiful customer service.
