I brought a car on June 2 for my husband . It was a great experience until June 9th my husband told me the car has 3 bad tires on the car. My husband went to Franklin Toyota to let them know but they refuse do anything to my disappointment. I have to replace the tires at my expense of $410 (Franklin Toyota quote). All I could do is shake my head�������� l will not recommend this dealership because they have no integrity.
Made a deal on a highlander over the phone. Was told I needed to give a 500$ deposit so they could secure the car from another dealer. I told manager that if the car he was getting was what was on the invoice (limited model options) that I would buy the car. His response was if my word was good his word was good. My son had seen a truck he was interested in at Franklin Toyota in Statesboro so we went and test drove and spoke with the salesman about the Internet price on this truck and made an offer. The offer was declined so we went on down the road the, shortly we called and made another offer then the salesman asked which website the truck was on he could find it. These folks went and removed this truck from the website. And now the truck doesn't show up in their inventory 1 day later. I will never visit this lot again. Old GA Malo... read more
I bought my Prius there in 2010 (it is a 2007). The salesman initially working with me ended up screaming at my father and to my knowledge he ended up being fired but that aside, I always spoke very highly of Franklin Toyota and felt I could trust I would be treated right and not taken advantage of there...until now.
