"Above and beyond " Needed to use body shop for an accident that was not our fault. Went to Humes because that is where we bought the van. Met Troy (body shop manager) and was immediately impressed with his friendliness, knowledge and willingness to help. Quote was already processed via insurance and gave copy to Troy. Troy reviewed and we discussed some touchup for some scratches. Parts were ordered and a return call scheduled a drop off date to begin work.
