"Pressure free shopping" After a very frustrating month of trying to find a truck (driving 4.5 hours each way for a truck that was not what was represented), we finally found what we wanted at Humes. Barry answered any questions or concerns that we had, He was very knowledgable. All of the staff was very friendly. "Sticky Substance" I had my car inspected at Humes and there was a sticky substance on the hood and windshield that I noticed when I picked up the car. We are not sure where this occurred. Could have been on the road test. However, the dealership spent a day cleaning the car and windshield for me. I have bought my last two vehicles at Humes. I always have it inspected at Humes. "Used vehicle purchase" I've been dealing with Humes for many years now. I've purchased 2 new vehicles through Eric and very recently I upgraded to a newer used model. "Maintence and state inspection" I brought in my Ram truck for an oil change and inspection and was given a free service loaner until work was done. Rod and the other staff in the service department were very helpful and professional with a hometown touch.
