"Easy and Convenient " Even with the high foot traffic they made it so our buying experience was personal and gave me answers to everything i had questions for. They did their best to get us in and out as fast as possible so we didn't spend our whole day there. It was an overall excellent experience.

"Always treated with respect" Whenever I deal with Bob Corritore I get service that is above and beyond my expectations. He makes sure that all of my questions are answered honestly, which seems to be a scarce commodity in today's car market. Bob does not try to sell me something that I'm not looking for, but he isn't afraid to mention possibilities that might save me money either. Kevin Majewski was also pleasant to work with. "Had to drive 2 hours for great service " I wanted a very specific car so these guys pretty much had a guaranteed sale. Keith was a hoot. I enjoy a fun salesman when I sign my life way. I know hear guys done have much leeway when it comes to negotiating, but he helped meet me in the middle to be sure my payment was as I'd hoped. Well worth the drive. And Leslie was as pleasant and I'd like and did a great job of letting me know my options without pushing anything.

"Gracious Gratitude" We have purchased many vehicles from Humes. They have always been first rate in all areas we have had to deal with them. Last December I was in an accident right in front of the dealership and they were so gracious. My car was totaled and they knew how much I loved my car. Within 24 hours of the dealership being told my car was totaled, they found me a new car with all that I wanted on it. "Unexpected" My wife & I went to Humes in Waterford tonight to just look at a couple of cars that we had our eye on. Our intension was to just to test drive & rule out 1 or both of these cars.
