We love Volume Hyundai. Called last minute yesterday needing oil change and tire rotation. They fit us in quickly soon after we called. Relieved to have our car ready fir a road trip.
Service was good. I miss get the detailed paper the 5 star inspection. Fluids were filled and car was vacuumed.., I wish. Now oil change is oil change nothing more. Customer service gets a lower star,
I didn't feel like I got a very good deal. They made me a DEAL now I pay on an old and a new vehicle. At least they walked away happy. The staff was awesome and polite. I received the Hyundai benefits but nothing from the dealer.
Last visit for oil change and rotation. They forgot to do rotate the tires. April 2021. The time before, in November 2020, they didn’t tighten oil cap , The check engine light coming on. It took forever to figure out what was going on!

Everyone displayed great customer service and the actual wait time was exceptional. The waiting area wasn’t too crowded and the techs was not overbooked.
Very knowledgeable and efficient work with an amazing staff that was very personable. They answered my questions immediately and I never saw them try to upsale a product for financial gain while I was there.
Great staff and always ready to help or answer any questions! I absolutely love my 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe!! Also the team is so accommodating when its time to have my oil changed!
2011 Sonata died. Had it towed in. Turns out the engine seized up with 94,000 miles on it. Volume replaced the engine under warranty at no cost. And I had purchased the car new in 2011 at another dealer in Atlanta. Incredible service, with zero hassles. I will continue to deal with Volume Hyundai from now on.
