Sheldon is always courteous and knowledgeable! Work is always done quickly. Will be bringing my car back for each and every oil changes and tire rotations.
Fast, friendly, quality service. I took my car there after wasting over $600 & 3 trips to a different shop & they fixed it the first trip.
The salesman's do a good job by satisfying their customers with buying a car. They do a good job of what they do and friendly.
Everything went as expected since I had called about a particular automobile in advance. Everyone was knowledgeable and very helpful. One thing that did not happen is when I left my new vehicle had an empty tank of gas and should have been full.
Sheldon Phillips is doing an outstanding job for the dealership. He is both knowledgeable and courteous in dealing with the service customers at Volumn Hyundai.
My experience has been good. The employees are friendly and helpful. I especially liked Mr Phillip's, the Service Manager. He was so nice and professional. It was easy to get an appointment and everything was done timely.
Courteous staff and pleasant waiting room. The service rep provided a clear expectation regarding the repair and cost. I was in and out efficiently. Overall, it was a good experience.
Great improvement over last few months. New team that seems very professional and listens to the customer while providing good all around customer service. Keep up the good work!
