Very courteous and friendly. I lease my cars and although they don't do a lot of leases, everything worked out fine. Just one problem...my brand new car was missing an electronic part. Took two days to get, but Sheldon in the Service Department was on the case. The dealer provided a loaner. And when I did pick up my car, the staff was very attentive to reviewing what was new and how to navigate the information panel. Very satisfied.
