It is average . Had tire issue. It was still under "warranty ". So much for the paper it was wrote on. Worthless. Service rep promises to follow up. Never did. Gave up. Had to replace. Very disappointed.
Awesome experience with the service department. In and out no problem. The staff in the service and sales department where very friendly. Overall I'd say the customer service at this dealership is A+. Thank you!

Brought my vehicle in and left it with them, told them I just needed it by the next afternoon. Got a call about 3pm that it was ready!! Great service and very friendly!!
When it comes to routine maintenance, these guys are great. Unfortunately I took the car in last week with a problem and they miss diagnosed it. The problem was the fuel pump and they said it was the catalytic converter. I'll stick with them for routine though.
Your Service Manager was very helpful. He worked my car in for an oil change and inspection. The technician identified several things that needed attention. The Manager came out and explained those to me and agreed to correct the problems while my car was already there. I appreciate the Service Department staff.
The service writer Kendall and the receiptionist were friendly and courteous. Service issues that I need to address were pointed out and I received a printout
