Took longer than expected, but the Technician explained why and also apologized! I am interested in trading my vehicle for the right price! When I bought my car from ya'll, I was told it was loaded with feature, but it wasn't!😒
Before I went to Hyundai I had people tell me not to go and some say to go. I’m glad I went. I had a great experience. If you are in need of a new car, go see William “Billy” Poole. He was awesome. I also recently had my first free oil change. Very friendly staff.

This was my 2nd oil change at this branch of VolumeDealership . I had problem's with the 1st time having my oil change but was worked out and i stood on the sideline at the counter watching the oil change this time for my trust in the staff performance being done correct this time and was impressed with the performance and the time that was took dooing a excelent job and will tell other friend's i know to have their's to be done their also .
So far so good. No complaints. Very courteous and willing to help. I had my oil changed and tires rotated. I had to be taught how to reset my system in case I touch the wrong button again.

I gave them a 4 out of 5 stars because I had to wait 1 1/2 hours for my car just to get an oil change and tire rotation. I’ve never had to wait that long before for my car to get serviced. Don’t know why it took so long yesterday.
Great service communication with the service manager are really great and I will recommend a friend I will be getting another car on from dealership
Work performed as requested including a small problem I had forgotten to include but completed anyway. Thank you. Plan on returning for all needed service.
