I used the dealerships own online tool to sell them my vehicle. They offered me $48,150 to purchase my vehicle. I drove 40 minutes to confirm the purchase and sell them my vehicle. All of a sudden, the used car manager comes out and states that all they could give me is $38,000 for my vehicle. What a bunch of CROOKS. I used THEIR online tool to get my price yet they do not honor it. They would buy my vehicle and turn around and add fees and surcharges to my vehicle and rip off the next customer. By far the worst xxxx experience I’ve ever had in buying a car. Customer service was so rude sales would never call back when they said they would so we were like in thin air waiting on someone to get back with us.
The radio wasn't working and they told me that they would fix it in a week, it's been two weeks now and nothing
No communication with customer on what’s issue with car, no follow up calls, told me my car was cleaned after service and wasn’t.......
Review is not do much about the service center as it is I had to put truck in service center to find out that the volume Hyundai bumper to bumper power train warranty is worth about as much as a pile xxxx
They wouldn’t allow me to look at the paperwork i was signing. they put on my paperwork that i requested a cabin air filter check, and i didn’t. I also heard other customers talking about it as well.
Service was great only thing telling me you could get me in a new car for the price I was paying & when it's all said & done I'm paying double is not cool.
The dealership was great. My problem was in getting my car towed there thru roadside assistance. They were suppose to pick up my car in one hour but then it dragged on to 3 hours with constant text delays. It was very frustrating. I would have appreciated an honest estimate.
I took my vehicle to Hyundai and asked them if they could tell me if the CV joints were covered under their extended warranty. The service manager said they would get to the bottom of it. The next day he said that I needed $1990.00 worth of repairs and he told me that I had to pay $135.00 for the assessment. I didn't ask them to look at the car I already knew what was wrong with it and wanted to know if it was covered or not. I am not in the habit of paying money for the answer to my question.
