The service at Volume Hyundai is always efficient and excellent. Every recall makes me nervous about my car and my family's safety, but the service I receive at Volume Hyundai makes me feel safer. However, Baldwin county is a hotspot for Covid-19 and Volume Hyundai made me very nervous about its concern for customer health. The waiting room is very small and there was no social distancing. Reported on previous oil change that my oil light was flickering on and off. After driving for awhile that day, notified automotive that it was continuing.on 8/13/20, returned for the next oil change. Check engine light came on. Was told that I have 2 oil leaks, which after warranty coverage will cost from $350-$1500. On hindsite, someone did not possibly put enough oil on the previous visit and this (oil leaks) are the results of driving until the next oil change.

Poor service. I traded in a car to buy a car from them last year, we agreed on them to come to get the car from a location that was 3 miles away. They never did and I had to pay a 1,200 fine for the car being in the yard. Because the car didn’t belong to me no more because the titles was signed over to them. They never gave me my money back and they put a lien on my car for $200. Which the promise me they will pick up the car. The manager Sam wouldn’t answer my calls at all. POOR AGREEMENT The people are nice when you want to buy a car but not when you get it. We got a truck and then had to "rework" a deal so they "said" they were going to pay a house payment and add it to our truck so we could get it which I thought was weird. Well that didn't happen then anyways then they just took $600 without notification or even asking us which left us with $10 for 2 weeks. I got a lemon If I could leave no stars, I would. While I thought I had a good buying experience (nothing outstanding, but not bad) I got an absolute lemon from this dealership. Two weeks after purchasing (a 2017, so it's not old) the alignment went bad. I've also had 2 tires with holes in them, that were not punctured by something on the road. Never Had a Worse Experience Was told I had the deal I wanted on the car with the features I wanted. Spent hours waiting multiple times in the dealership for the "paperwork to be completed". Wound up without the deal I expected or the car with the features I expected because I made the mistake of trusting them. DECEITFUL! After seeing reviews online, we were confident that this dealership would be a good choice. When we arrived, our feelings changed. Every stereotype you can imagine about a used car dealership, felt true with this company. This person did not know much about the car, but since they knew we were there to buy, it was like knowledge was replaced with desperation. Problems with everything I went to the dealership on 7 Jan 2017--got a car signed the ppwk drove the car home. ! This car was used but it had 1266 miles on it when I got it and I did ask for a CarFax but never got one. I started having overheating issues and I thought it should't have any problems with it being so new.
