Great Service Marvin (Svc Dir) set appropriate expectations and delivered, he also checked with the parts dept to make sure my part was available and quoted me a competitive price on the part and service. More important was the installation of the Steering gear and the alignment were spot on even with larger than standard tires on my 2500. Pro mechanics make all the difference. Great dealership My salesman Andrew was very patience and concerned that I was happy with the car I was going to purchase. He was very encouraging by saying, the car will find you when you sit in it, I found this to be true because the car I wanted to purchase was not comfortable to me. All Things Considered, Good Experience My Salesperson, Russell, picked me up from the airport (I flew in to buy this car) in one of the cars we had spoken about. He was very sincere and felt real. The first day of my transaction, he appeared to be doing everything he could to try and find the keys to the second vehicle I was interested in (the one I ended up buying). The offers for temporary resolutions to our issue (finding the keys) were agreeable. Everyone I interacted with was very courteous and relatively informative.
