Amazing service. Kind and very helpful people. I really liked how helpful and honest the car salesman was (Jude Ekpe). I've been to many dealerships before and none can compare to the experience I had there because of him. I would definitely refer people to him/this dealership.

2012 300C Nyle Maxwell service Mostly pleased with the service on my 2012 300C. When I first arrived I explained to the young man my issue with the Bluetooth in my car. He said it was my phone. I know it was not my phone. However Jonathan and others in the service department were on the problem and ordered a module to fix it. Customer care can't overcome poor design Ashley Kindhart is an amazing salesperson. She was incredibly patient with me and helped me find exactly what I thought I wanted. Allen in the service department is awesome. He really took care of me when I brought my car in, understood my concerns and get the car into the shop to be repaired. My problems are my own fault for trusting Dodge (again!) after they failed me with my first car (2012 Dodge Challenger). The '12 had a slushbox and a V6 but got great gas mileage and looked fant... read more

Great experience in the Service Dept. Staff was very frinedly and helpful. I liked the fact I also could get my windshield chips/cracks repaired at the same time as my oil change. That was a pleasant surprise:)
