Jeep Transmission Monter Nik Filipek was very professional and a good listener. He knew that I was a little upset about what had happened with my car and let me vent to him. He made sure I understood the process that the service dept would have to go through (evaluating/repairing etc) before my car would be ready for me to pick up. He had great customer service skills. Blake made sure I was comfortable driving the loaner vehicle that I was provided.
