Awesom Experience Everyone I dealt with was eager to serve without being pushy. They found the perfect Jeep that fit into our budget and family needs. Yvette and Mike (sorry I don't remember last names) were awesome. I had a raging headache the entire time and a pregnant wife, and everyone pitched in to find me Tylenol and also brought my wife popcorn and a slice of cake!

Great Service as Usual. My Service Advisor since 2004, Johnathan, was amazing as usual. Very detailed as to what was done to my vehicle, reminding me about what will need to be done next, and just very professional. Johnathan is the main reason I keep taking back my car for service; and on my 3rd Durango from Maxwell Dodge.
Better repair experience than at competitor Good communication with Jonathan. I was offered a free rental when it was determined that the part would not arrive in time to repair my door that day. My rear window was repaired by simple lubrication, when competitor dealership had indicated to me the window motor would have to be replaced. Much better experience than at a local competitor dealership, where it took 1 week to complete a recall warranty work, had poor communication, and was not offered a rental vehicle.
