Service was very thorough Kevin was very thorough and tried as best he could to find out what my car's problem was. My problem was not resolved as they could not find anything wrong with the car when it arrived. They tried for a week and a half to reproduce the problem and promised that as soon as it reoccurs to bring it back and they will look into it again.

Best Customer Service I leased my Jeep from Covert. I had 2 or 3 experiences with their Service Department, from which I was very unhappy.
