Great Dealership! The service from Matt the Service Advisor was excellent. He informed me that my service requests could take a few days and even ensured we had a rental car provided once the repairs were deemed under warranty. Once the rental was due for return, he kept constant contact with the technician while I waited in the lobby (which is clean and has areas for reading and studying if necessary). The repairs corrected all issues and the Chrysler Warranty process ensured that they kept their word for internally lubrica... read more

Really appreciate these guys! Prompt,courteous, friendly. Alan took the time to help me figure out how access the website to upgrade my GPS. He could have just given me the address and let me do it myself. This took him about 15 minutes.
