Since then I've been coming to Palmer for oil changes and service and have not been disappointed. Recently the truck had a problem while driving with the steering, where it froze while we were in mid-turn on the highway. Locked up! Very unusual for a truck this new. Jim is an amazing salesman! Jim is an amazing salesman!!! Great personally, knows his stuff and caters the visit to what you want, and not something out of budget! After finding what we wanted and finished up with Jim we were sent to Chris in sales. Breaks everything down to were you understand fully what is being said and what you get out of it. This is our third time dealing with this dealership and we have always went to Jim and Chris for all of our vehicle needs.
