Ryan went WAY over and above to make this the best Ryan went WAY over and above to make this the best service upgrade I have ever had. He explained what was going to be done in detail! Even after I picked up my Hellcat he called to confirm if I was pleased with the results. He even texted me additional info on the upgrade. Even if I have a 1 hour commute to Palmer Dodge this is the ONLY dealer that will service my Hellcat.

From scratching my doors and having to repaint them to being told my truck was safe to drive while a part was coming in and nearly being stranded (drove from Macon to Roswell in limp mode). That would bring a one star ranking. However the staff worked hard to make things right. That brought it up to 3 stars. This is a rough one to review due to the length of time to resolve my issues being compensated by kind and courteous service representatives.
