Thomas was awesome! He greeted me right when I pulled onto the lot and helped me find the perfect vehicle. His positive demeanor and attitude certainly helped me build a relationship with him and trust him to guide my purchasing decision.
The service was easy to schedule and they were able complete the oil change and solve a warranty issue quickly.

Bought the truck they are in 2019 and they have treated me and my vehicle with the upmost respect and do what they say they’re going to do and get it back to me when they said they were going to send it back to me. Palmer Dodge is awesome.
Our salesman, Jim Miller was very accommodating and fun to work with. The finance team was also very nice and helpful to us since we had a time constraint.
On Labor Day weekend Sara Jaramillo, Service Advisor, did a superior job in the assisting/arranging of my car being brought in via a towing service and she stayed on top of the somewhat complex work request until everything was complete. Eddie Astfalk, Technician, did a first-class job of identifying the problems and quickly correcting them.
