Thomas helped us find the right Jeep that we were looking for and made the experience an enjoyable one. The Finance Dept also did a great job on making this a seamless process especially Chris Boozer. Thank you -we love our new Wagoneer!
Great experience. Thomas was awesome. I am a returning customer. Knew what I wanted and they made it happen. Sales/Management/Finance, all top notch
Luis was great. Had to deal with a lot of issues and handled them well.
Rich in the Service Department worked with speed to ensure that Palmer could procure & install the correct factory-approved parts, some of which were extremely scarce across the Atlanta Metro area. The convenient appointment times were readily available. The estimated repair and wait times were accurate. The facilities (waiting room & restroom) were clean and comfortable. The free Wi-Fi allowed for remote working. It was a great experience overall.
Always do great work and always so helpful and nice I. Every way. Love them
Fantastic service! Got me in and out in a pinch for an oil change! Only suggestion would be to let Google know of your change in hours on Saturdays.
I always have a good experience here. They seem to always get me in and out as well as handle any recalls I have
The lady at the service desk was very polite and had a big smile. Also kept me informed on progress
I called on Monday after my car wouldn’t start and Rich was helpful and super fast! Got my car back Tuesday with a new battery and everyone in service department was so polite and happy to be there !!
