When I made the appointment online and selected the When I made the appointment online and selected the service I needed, the online system showed my vehicle had an oil service plan until 2023 or 99000 miles. The total for my service showed $81. When it was time to pay it was like $195 and the tech said he could not find any service plan. Was kind of misleading and I think the online site should be fixed

I was told that I did't have to make an appointment so I just showed up but still, over an hour is hard to take. Can't remember the guy that helped me - nice guy.
