He explained what service is needed for the 35,000-mile service and he gave me an estimated cost. Also, he explained my major services are at every 30,000-mile. He gave me a list of things that will be done to the car and the estimated cost for the major service. Hiram is truly a valuable asset to the company. He made me feel appreciated and valued.
