I purchased a certified used truck from this dealership. I purchased a certified used truck from this dealership. Two days after driving, I noticed the brakes were squealing. After inspecting them, it was very clear it needed new brakes and rotors. I was nervous about asking them to repair this due to it being a used car purchase and those are normally “as is” sales. 2 hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation with Jeep 2 hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation with Jeep wave membership. Asked that the spare tire to be included in the rotation and it wasn't (i knew cause the Jeep is new so the spare still had the white line on the tread). They took the Jeep back to rotate it and took another 30 mins. I wouldn't mind the wait if you could schedule an oil change, but I called ahead and they said they don't schedule oil changes.
