This was a straight forward oil change as part of my... This was a straight forward oil change as part of my regular maintenance, so I expect excellence. Upon check out, I had to ask for the package of 3 oil change option ($99) versus paying the request $50 (1 oil change). I would suggest the representative explain all service options when multi-oil change packages are available so a customer doesn't have to ask.
