I had a nice experience. David was pleasant and helpful.... I had a nice experience. David was pleasant and helpful. I would say that there isn’t the best layout for the service dept. I was surprised that that area was a bit shabby. Not somewhere where you would want to wait, but there wasn’t seating for customers anyway. Had to walk to another part of the lot to wait. That atmosphere was fine. David then ran back and forth to give customers updates in person.
