Took me out of a truck that was no good from the start and got me in another brand new one. No questions, hassles or hard time of any kind. Every time my truck had an issues, I was put in a loaner and my truck was worked on immediately. Will only buy new trucks from these guys over at Palmer dodge. The waiting room and restroom are clean and well supplied. Palmer's service department has kept my Jeep running with no problems. They check it over for me each oil change and tire rotation.
