I had made an appointment for my Wrangler at another Jeep dealer and when I arrived on time was told the wait would be 1 & 1/2 hours to get into the bay even though I had an appointment time. Palmer has earned my business going forward. Servic rep Hiram was courteous and kept me informed during service visit
