He returned my phone call quickly and worked with me on the numbers for my trade in vehicle and the new vehicle before I made the five hour drive to test drive the new car. When I arrived late on a Saturday night he had the car detailed and ready along with a full tank of gas and all the paperwork ready and I was able to drive and complete the transaction in two hours.
