The service advisor confirmed my appointment, verified the tires were ready, was very courteous and polite. Was advised the work would take about 2.5 hours (previously advised over the phone was 2 hours). However, the work took closer to 4 hours. I also have only serviced my car at this dealer and my lug nuts on tires got stripped and they expected me to pay for them which is unacceptable.
