The service advisor asked me whether I wanted traditional oil or synthetic. Apparently the "system" was down and he could not access the requirements. I said I was pretty sure the owners manual specified synthetic. I thought it was an odd question as I guess I would have expected Jeep to know what oil was specified for my Sahara 4Cyl Turbo engine.
