After several days and many attempts to find the issue, the slow starting did not happen again. Sales guy was supposed to follow-up in a couple of days, but I never heard from him. I also think he could've helped me a bit more with the navigation, which I discovered wasn't working. At the end of the day, however, I think I got a decent deal.
