I was meant to buy a 2020 Durango and due to some confusion, the car got sold to someone else. Kurt immediately swung into action and quoted for a 2021 Durango and got everything organized in an HOUR! On the way there to sign the paperwork I received a txt message from salesman that the car I was buying was out for test drive and anything could happened!! Not a good way to conduct business and respect customers.
