Traded my 2018 Ocean Blue Rubicon JLU for a new 2021 Snazzleberry Sahara JLU. They made the process easy. Good deal in quick time. Service department is a 5+ but the waiting area for service customers needs some attention- also, the fact that customers are allowed in the waiting room or showroom without masks on is upsetting. All people I interacted with in service were wearing masks - at least 70% of the sales department walking the show room floor were not as well as a few customers.
