The transition was flawless and the wait time was less than anything I have ever experienced at any dealership. Mike was very professional and eager to help me in every way possible. The person I met with in the Finance Dept ( JD) almost... The person I met with in the Finance Dept ( JD) almost changed my mind about buying the vehicle. He pretty much ensured me that I was going to have problems with the Jeep because, in his words, the “Jeep is a computer on wheels”. He made it clear that I was making a mistake in not buying more “ insurance” which causes some concern as to whether or not I made the right choice on the Jeep. Working with Kurt was a very positive experience!
