That dealer wanted me to believe that even if I made an appointment, I would have to leave my car because appointments are apparently not a guarantee for work. Good courteous service. Brought vehicle in for oil... Good courteous service. Brought vehicle in for oil change. No appointment, but no problem. I waited while the car was being serviced. The 23 point inspection determined I needed a new battery which was installed.
