All the people are very nice , responsive and... All the people are very nice , responsive and professional . Friday was a busy day and when I called to verify a part was in before I drove out . I held for 6 minutes for service before being transferred to parts where I held for 9 more minutes . It was in and installed in a reasonable time after my arrival . As I told Michael , it is A class people in a C class facility . Hope this helps . Feedback is the breakfast of champions .
