My service advisor Murray went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of after I discovered the extended warranty I am paying for is not thru MOPAR. We had a difficult time getting ahold of that company and Murray kept me updated all day until we got the issue resolved. While my part was on the way he kept me informed of the progress and set an appointment right away when it came in. I’ll ask for Murray every time I need to visit this dealership!

Very friendly, energetic, and knowledgeable with his products. I came in for a TSB for my steering box issue and Luis took care of the problem without a single hesitation nor did he questioned any of my mods I've done to my JT. Ordered an Uber for drop off and pick up which was another excellent touch to their customer service.
